Event Details
Once dubbed the food of the gods, chocolate now comes in many forms for us to enjoy.
Be it through a simple chocolate bar, a thick and creamy cup of hot chocolate or aesthetically pleasing bonbons, making chocolate is as much a science as an art.
Let’s examine chocolate’s purported health benefits, experiment on how best to create healthy chocolate treats and ideate how to keep it in its pristine form!
Back on popular demand, Growth Mindset’s 2nd edition on chocolate is held in collaboration with a popular French-Japanese cafe in Singapore, Nesuto Patisserie. Your child will work along leading Pastry Chef, Ms Alicia Wong, to discover all things chocolate. Your child will bring home bonbons that they have made themselves, along with precious knowledge!
