We know that we are to eat a healthy, balanced diet, but what exactly does it look like?
What we eat has tremendous effects on our health. Nutrients from the food we eat provide the foundation of every tiny cells in our bodies. From proteins and carbohydrates, vitamins to minerals and more, a lot of thought has to be put into our choice of food to not just be healthy but not waste food too!
How can we take charge of our diet and minimise food waste?
This Term 1, we are learning about how best to feed ourselves, and while doing so, feed our brains too!

All Growth Mindset lessons are subject to the latest regulations. Its default is to be held physically at our MacPherson venue. The class has been kept small for safety, and to ensure that learners get personalised guidance. All learners are required to wear a mask during lessons.
All learners will also be taught to use the digital tools required to actively participate in class. This will help them to adapt to online lessons, which we will switch to if needed.
