Sense-making is the process by which we assign meaning to our collective experiences that we experience through our 5 senses. Yet are we aware of how these senses work?
Let’s hone our sense-making skills!
Our 5 basic human senses are our primary avenues through which we discover the world. They serve as collectors of stimuli for our brains to connect the dots, interpret the experiences and develop the best course of action. As we solving problems in a team each class, we hone not only our 5 senses but also our critical and creative thinking, collaboration and communication skills.
Given their importance, it is time to do a check-up on our senses, and lead healthy lifestyles that keep them in tip-top conditions!
